The Bulgarian Society of Construction Law (BSCL), ESCL member, is a NGO founded in 2015 uniting the efforts of lawyers, researchers and construction professionals in Bulgaria for implementation of construction law best practices, including standardization and digitalization. Digital permitting aligns with one of our goals for reduction of the administrative burden in construction.
